OUR SERVICES
The Council of Attestation Officers provides remote online identity services to businesses and affiants as follows
Remote 1-9 Identity Services
CAO's remote I-9 process identity verification services with authenticity-trained attestation officers can significantly expedite the onboarding of new contractors and employees in several ways:
- Convenience: Remote I-9 processing allows new hires to complete the required documentation from anywhere with an Internet connection, thus eliminating the need to visit a physical location.
- Compliance: CAO's remote I-9 processing includes built-in compliance checks and verification mechanisms to ensure that all required fields are completed accurately and that the process adheres to legal regulations.
- Accuracy and AccessibilityThe CAO’s attestation officers use a videoconferencing approach to validate the affiant’s EOIs against the issuing authority database.
Overall, CAO's remote I-9 approach can help streamline the onboarding process, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall experience for both the employer and new hires.
